What better to way to mix up your holiday in the Spring than to see one of your favourite bands! In the stunning Mediterranean region of Calvia, you will be able to find the Mallorca Live festival 2019 and some of the line-up has just been announced. This May, the music festival will be headlined by one of the standout bands of a generation of indie music. The British band Two Door Cinema Club will be gracing the shores of Majorca to perform right on the doorstep of our hotels in Palma Nova and Santa Ponsa.
The festival takes place on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th May 2019 at Calvia’s Antiguo Aquapark, the old water park slightly inland from Magaluf. You can reach the site by bus from both Santa Ponsa and Palmanova, as well as car or taxi.
The most recent headliner to be announced to perform at the festival are the band Two Door Cinema Club. The Northern Irish trio who have been lighting up dancefloors since 2010 with their classic indie bangers What You Know and Something Good Can Work and most recently brought out music in 2016 with their album Gameshow. The band has performed at Coachella as well as Glastonbury on numerous occasions and the main stage at Reading & Leeds Festival as recently as 2017. What we know for sure is that it will not be a performance to disappoint.

The music festival which takes place over the second weekend in May costs 65 euros for a 2 day ticket also features bars, street art, flashing lights and not to forget a few thousand people.
