SANTA PONSA I GOLF
This par 72 golf course, which is located just 200 metres away from our hotels in Santa Ponsa, hosted a number of European Tour events in the 90’s and features a total length of 6,543m including the one (10th hole) of the longest par 5’s in Europe at 590 yards. You can also find a number of doglegs and lakes along the way to make your passage slightly more difficult.

REAL GOLF DE BENDINAT
The Real Golf de Bendinat club can be found in between Palma and the region of Calviá, just 10 minutes away from our hotel in Palmanova. Enjoy a unique experience with fantastic views over a number of bays whilst nestled in a nature environment. This luscious 18-hole par 70 course tests your ability to find the fairway with an abundance of trees and obstacles scattered throughout the course.

GOLF DE ANDRATX
An absolutely stunning golf course in the Southwest of Majorca. Located just a few kilometres to the west of our hotels in Santa Ponsa, this exceptional 18-hole championship course has been designed to technically test all areas of a golfer’s game with 7 ponds and the incredible 609 metre Green Monster (the par 5 sixth hole). With exquisite views of the ocean and mountains this course should be high on the list of any golfer in the Mediterranean.

T & COUNTRY CLUB
The course at T & Country Club is one of Majorca’s oldest and is located right in the heart of Calviá, extremely close to a number of popular holiday destinations including Palmanova and Santa Ponsa. With a wealth of pine trees, lakes and bunkers, this hard but fair golf course offers you a great a challenge surrounded by the best of the island’s natural beauty. The course features 18-holes and a total length of 6,430 metres.

While the above are some of the best golf courses in close proximity to our hotels in Santa Ponsa and Palmanova, there are still heaps of 18-hole courses within a short drive of the Southwest of Majorca. The Son Muntaner and Son Vida golf courses can be found just on the outskirts of the city of Palma, whilst Son Termens Golf is a similar distance away right at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains which certainly adds to the course’s qualities. On the other side of the city, you can reach the Son Gual golf course as well as the Golf Park Puntiro which was envisaged by Jack Nicklaus’ design company. Whilst the Golf Maioris and Son Antem courses are situated slightly further near Palma’s international airport.
With an absolute abundance of natural beauty, Majorca emerges as a wonderful place for a getaway with family or friends regardless of whether you intend to play golf.
